The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, barring normal wear and tear. Any damage, excessive dirt, or missing items (e.g., keys, GPS units) will result in additional charges, which may affect the refund of your deposit.

4.2 Late Returns
Vehicles returned after the agreed-upon return time may incur late fees, which will be deducted from your deposit or charged separately.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation or return of the vehicle. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original booking.

If you fail to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, no refund will be issued, and the full rental amount will be charged.
